Training and technical support

What is it?

Support and training on Windows 10, JAWS, and NVDA. All training is currently provided using email, over the phone or using Facetime or Zoom conferencing. You can also request personalised guides/instructions on aspects of technology you find difficult, such as using a particular feature of a device. These can be provided as electronic files or embossed braille. Please note that embossed braille is only provided on A4 single-sided paper which improves the longevity of the braille compared to using double-sided paper.


Guides are priced £5 per page of print. Training and technical support are priced at £15 per hour. You will be invoiced when all required work is completed to you needs.
