Am I normal?

Towards the end of February, I received an email from somebody at the RNIB, stating that one of her friends thought I was the ideal person to write a post for the Channel 4 “Am I normal” website about my experience of sight loss as a young person. The essay needed to be around 500 words, and needed to include a paragraph on what I thought the meaning of normal really is. I was put in contact with Sarah from Channel 4, the producer of the blog, who gave me an explanation of what I needed to do, so it was then down to me to manage my time and write the post. Below is the link to the end result, enjoy the read!
